I have been making my own taco seasoning for a couple months now and let me just tell you it is way better than the store bought stuff. Not only does it have less sodium, I know all the names of the ingredients I use to make the seasoning. The seasoning just has a much better taste to it as well.
Here are the list of ingredients I use:
- 4 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1 Teaspoons Ginger
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 4 Teaspoons Black Pepper
- 4 Teaspoons Sea Salt
