Hello Hello! Are most of you in a hurry in the mornings? I know my family is. We are always rushing around getting ready for work, not to mention dealing with a toddler. That’s why I love this Healthy and Quick PB2 Greek Yogurt for breakfast. It’s loaded with good protein that keeps you full for hours. Plus, it’s super easy to make with just a couple of ingredients. This yogurt really is a great breakfast option.
So it’s kind of hard to make yogurt look pretty. Good thing this is all about the great taste. Have you ever tried PB2 before? It’s an all natural powdered peanut butter that has 85% less fat and calories than regular peanut butter. I love it because you can mix and sprinkle it onto just about anything.
For this recipe I used 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt and mixed in 1 tablespoon of PB2. I drizzled honey over the yogurt to give it some sweetness. I love pairing this yogurt with apples because what goes better with peanut better and honey? Plus, the apples provide a nice crunch.
Breakfast really doesn’t get easier or healthier than this!
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon PB2
- Drizzle of honey
- Apple Slices
- Combine yogurt and PB2 into a small bowl and mix until well combined
- Drizzle yogurt with honey
- Serve with apple slices

Breakfast is important for me but my mornings kinda like yours, CRAZY….There is always yogurt in my refrigerator and I will definitely try adding PB2. Thanks for sharing, Katie!
