Lemon Berry Refresher – a delicious drink recipe made with simple ingredients. It’s sweet and tart and perfect for sipping on!
Hello there! The sun was finally shinning over the weekend and I just a to make a yummy drink to sit outside on the porch with. This Lemon Berry Refresher is made with just a few easy and simple ingredients and it tastes amazing! It’s a little bit sweet and tart and it packs a nice punch. This is an alcoholic beverage but can easily be made a non-alcoholic drink by simply leaving it out. You still get the same great flavors from the lemon and berries. This drink would be perfect for Spring and Summer celebrations, the weekends, or even brunch. It’s a delicious cocktail recipe!
One of my favorite flavor combinations for warm weather is lemon and berries. The acid from the citrus lemon goes so well with the sweet and tartness from berries. For this drink recipe I am using blackberries. I love making pies with blackberries but I think this Lemon Berry Refresher might be my new favorite recipe using blackberries.
For this Lemon Berry Refresher I am using lemons (juice and peel), blackberries, cranberry juice, and bourbon. If you are making this non-alcoholic, just leave the bourbon out. This is still a delicious drink recipe with or without the alcohol. Lately, I have been enjoying trying out new bourbon recipes. I just like the taste of bourbon more than other hard liquors. It’s warm and sweet notes work really well in this cocktail recipe.
This Lemon Berry Refresher is so easy to make and is great for sipping on in the warmer Spring and Summer months. Cheers!
