Best Ever Peanut Butter Cookies are a classic recipe made with just four ingredients and always turns out perfect! These cookies are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and the easiest recipe to make. These peanut butter cookies are also gluten free.
This peanut butter cookie recipe really is the BEST EVER! I make these cookies all the time. We eat peanut butter every single day at my house, so I always have a large jar on hand. This recipe just has 4 ingredients and takes no time to make. No fussing with a mixer. All you need is a bowl and spatula. These cookies bring me back to my childhood. It’s comfort at it’s sweetness.
These cookies are great to give away as gifts. These best ever peanut cookies is a simple and easy recipe to make whenever you are in a pinch or hurry. I love whipping up a batch and sending them with my Husband to his work or giving them to friends “just because”.
- 1 cup peanut butter. You can use creamy or crunchy. I prefer creamy.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with non- stick cooking spray
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir well with a spatula or spoon
- Roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts
- Place the balls on the greased cookie sheet. With a fork, dipped in the sugar to prevent sticking, press a crisscross design on each cookie
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle the cookies with sugar
- Cool Slightly before removing from pan

Dear Katie,
Is the sugar regular granulated sugar or powdered sugar? I have a no-bake recipe using powdered sugar and peanut butter, but have never baked peanut butter cookies without flour. So I wondered if it was powdered sugar in this recipe.
They look delicious. I’m trying to lose weight before Summer clothes season so could lick the computer screen right now, ha. I love your informative, beautiful site. Thank you for all you do. ♥ God Bless You.

Hi Carole! Thanks for stopping by and contacting me.
The sugar I use in the peanut butter cookies is regular granulated sugar. I just made a batch of these cookies on Tuesday. They are SO good!

I love your peanut butter cookie recipe. Thank you for sharing!
I would love to start a small website for selling greeting cards. Do you have any recommendations for a web builder? Thank you again, Deb

Hello Deb!
Thank you so much for contacting me! I am really glad you enjoyed my peanut butter cookie recipe. I just made a couple of batches this week. I love how easy they are to make and they taste delicious!
As far as a web builder goes I just purchased a theme from Studiopress and had a graphic designer do my logo and header. His information is under the ‘sponsors’ on my sidebar (lumne.net). You can also click WordPress on the button of my home page to look through the themes they offer for a web layout. I also use Bluehost for my hosting site. If you would like any additional information and I would happy to help.
Have a great day!
