Tropical Smoothie Bowl with Mango, Pineapple, and Kiwi is a simple and delicious breakfast perfect for busy mornings on the go.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ to 1 cup coconut milk or milk of your choice
  • drizzle of honey
  • Top with unsweetened toasted coconut flakes and sliced kiwi or your favorite smoothie toppings.
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients expect the topping into a large high speed blender. Blend until smooth. The mixture should be thick.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
