- Pumpkin Seeds
- Water
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Cajun Seasoning
- Chili Powder
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Cumin
- After you have collected all the pumpkin seeds, rinse and drain.
- Add the seeds to a measuring cup.
- In a medium sauce pan on the stove top, add two cups of water and ½ teaspoon of salt to every ½ cup pumpkin seeds.
- Bring water, seeds and salt to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Drain the seeds.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of Olive oil onto a baking sheet. Then add the pumpkin seeds.
- Lightly sprinkle the seeds with all the spices then place in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the seeds are browned.
- Allow the seeds to cool before eating.
