Lemon Blueberry Chia Jam

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ lemon - juice and zest
- 2 to 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- In a large sauce pan over low heat, combine frozen blueberries, juice and zest of ½ lemon and honey.
- Mash berries with a fork until broken down to a consistency you prefer.
- Add chia seeds and mix well.
- Pour jam into 125 ml jar and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
