These Fresh Peach Mango Popsicles are made with ripened peaches, frozen mango, and a couple other delicious ingredients. The popsicles are easy to make and taste like a warm juicy summer day!
Hello there! Can I just say that this time of year is my favorite for fruit? Mainly because peaches are in season right now and they are my favorite stone fruit. This year I knew I wanted to make some Fresh Peach Mango Popsicles to enjoy before summer comes to an end. These popsicles are so fresh tasting and have such a vibrant orange color with flecks of red. They are super easy to put together and homemade popsicles are the best!
Every time I eat a peach, I can’t help but think of the song Peaches from The Presidents of the United States of America. I was born in the 80’s and grew up in the 90’s and that song will forever be apart of my youth. Anyway, this recipe is made with fresh ripened peaches that are in season right now, frozen mango chunks, honey, freshly squeezed lime juice, and either peach or mango nectar. I usually use the peach nectar for more juicy peach flavor. All you need to do is combine the ingredients into a large high speed blender and pulse until smooth.
Once you have pureed the popsicle mixture, pour into a popsicle mold. THIS POPSICLE MOLD (affiliate link) on Amazon is my favorite. It is heavy duty and holds up to 10 freezer pops at a time, which is exactly what this fresh peach and mango popsicles recipe makes. With this popsicle mold, I put the plastic barrier on top, then insert the popsicle sticks and let freeze overnight. These are icy popsicles that taste great and will cool you off on a hot summer day.
- 1 – 11.3 fl oz peach or mango nectar
- 3 fresh ripened peaches, sliced and the pits removed
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- freshly squeezed lime juice from 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Combine all ingredients into a large high speed blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour popsicle mixture into popsicle mold.
- Freeze overnight.
- To release the popsicles from the mold, run the mold under hot water until you can pull on the popsicle sticks and the popsicles release.
These fresh peach mango popsicles taste so fresh and are perfect to lick on this time of year. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
