I suffer from dry, itchy skin especially during the winter. My skin will get rough and alligator like if I don’t moisturize. No one wants wrinkled hands like look like crepe paper, am I right? But I have to be careful about what products I use because I have sensitive skin and I don’t want to pay for expensive soaps that won’t work or will irritate my skin.

A couple of years ago I made a recipe for Castile Soap That Will Save You Money and I have adjusted the recipe for better results.
How To Make All Natural Dish and Hand Soap:
Step 1: Preparing and sterilizing your soap dispenser. Apply an all-purpose cleaner to a rag/sponge/paper towel to clean both the inside and outside of the dispenser. I have a great 3 ingredient all-purpose cleaner recipe that works great!
You can use any dispenser you like but I like this one from World Market because it has a spout that opens when you tip it over. Just be careful not to vigorously shake the dispenser or you’ll end up with a lot of bubbles.
Step 2: Pour distilled water into a measuring cup or small bowl. By adding the water first, you reduce the risk of bubbles overflowing the bottle. Add 1/4 cup of castile soap, 1 tablespoon of vegetable glycerin, and 30 drops of lemon essential oil into a measuring cup and mix together with a spoon.
Pure vegetable glycerin is an outstanding moisturizer and skin cleanser that also provides softening and lubricating benefits. Pure vegetable glycerin has a long self life and does not easily oxidize. It is derived from non-GMO palm, grapeseed or coconut oil.
Step 3: Use a small funnel to pour the soap mixture into a dispenser.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU’RE DONE
This all natural dish and hand soap has a thinner consistency but it works the same, if not better than regular liquid soap. Once you purchase the supplies, you can make this recipe multiple times saving money in the long term.
